Jes Landau is a National Executive Director and Founding Leader at ONEHOPE Wine, a boutique wine delivery service that dedicates a portion of the sale of each bottle of wine to support a nonprofit or charitable cause. ONEHOPE has donated more than $7 million to the global community to date!
Jes’ Story
Jes has been actively fundraising and contributing to Heartbeat International for many years. The organization holds a special place in her heart as she is also a pacemaker patient. As she explains,
“I know what it’s like to be afraid to die. I’ve experienced it so many times in my life. But my parents were able to help me. It’s like I won the lottery – they could afford it, and I was always fine. But not everyone in the world is as lucky as me – and that’s why I dedicate my life to supporting causes that make an impact on people’s lives. The work that Heartbeat International Foundation does is truly amazing, and it means the world to me to be able to help them save lives.”[1]
As a mother, wife, and active philanthropist, Jes is a force to be reckoned with! Her role at ONEHOPE began as a side venture that quickly became a way of life – allowing Jes to connect with other cause entrepreneurs who were passionate about making a difference for others in need.
Enacting Change – Online
When the world was first impacted by COVID, many of Jes’ in-person fundraisers and tasting parties were made virtual. Since then, she has amassed a devoted following on social media all of whom are attuned to a single message: to help others and enact positive change!
Jes’ ability to communicate and shape positive messages, and express ideas that spur positive change, is truly inspirational. HBI is thrilled to have her support and we look forward to working together with her on fundraising projects so that will can continue to save lives. Jes will be integral to our digital fundraising efforts, and will be a powerful ambassador for us on social media.
